Simply spectacular!

Great Place! Been to the area before, but now my wife wants to retire here after staying at Mark's place.

Property is as advertised: everything you need for your vacation. We would go back to this property.

The view as soon as you walk in was breathtaking. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Mark!!!

Very clean, and a great view of the water. Clean grounds, and well maintained. Friendly staff, and the view of the gulf was outstanding. Short walk to beach, and plenty of boardwalk if you don’t want to get in the sand. Overall, great experience!

We loved our stay here! The corner condo with wrap around windows was perfect to enjoy the beach from the inside or outside. The host was super. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. We needed more towels and the host delivered a large stack for the rest of our stay. Perfect for kids, too, with the beach and heated pool just steps away.

The place was amazing! You could not get a better location than that. We were literally on the beach. The view was breathtaking. Mark was a great host, very welcoming! We look forward to returning soon.

Mark’s place was amazing! It is a GREAT location. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful sound of the ocean waves. We were able to leave and get right on the beach and relax or go for a walk. We hope to be able to visit again! Thank you for having such a wonderful and comfortable place!

The view of the Gulf of Mexico was breathtaking from almost every place in the condo!!! We especially liked the moving wall closing off the master bedroom. What a clever idea that is!! With the wall pushed back during the daytime, we doubled the expanse of the floor-to-wall window view of the beach and water! We also loved the long deck & the up-to-date kitchen with its granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The fridge even had a water and ice dispenser (most condos don't)! My husband, daughter, and son-in-law enjoyed the beautiful condo as much as I did! We'll definitely be back!!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

There’s a reason this place has great reviews!
The condo is amazing- gorgeous beach views and super close/easy beach access.
Don’t let the exterior of the complex deter you upon arrival (we almost did). The management of the entire complex could do with some repairs and fresh paint- but that does NOT impact your stay in this gorgeous well appointed unit.
The unit also has everything you need and then some.

Lastly Mark is awesome with his communication and help. He arranged a massage therapist to contact us and we had an incredible massage in the unit- highly recommend!

You won’t regret your stay here and will definitely want to come back!

I had a great experience. Communication was great. We were greeted with some chocolates and light snacks and when I walked into the living area was surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the beach. Highly recommend.

Fantastic condo with the most wonderful view of the sunrise and also the moon coming up at night. My kids loved every minute of the our time there with easy access to the pool and beach! Supplied adequate kitchen supplies and linens! Overall a great place to stay!

We can't say enough about the views. We have a 7 and 9 year old and they loved all the windows and waking up to the waves. We even got an 85 degree day in February and made sand castles with the sand toys Mark had. He was communicative and the check in process even at 4am was easy!

What you see is what you get. Truly enjoyed our stay and views. We had no issues and staff and complex is friendly and helpful too.

My husband and I spent a long, lazy relaxing weekend at this amazing condo! The hosts have thought of everything. We watched the sun and moon rise each morning and night from either our bed or the balcony. The short walk to the beach was wonderful! The property was great. Pool and hot tub were super clean. The property workers were so happy and kind. We will definitely be back!!!!

The property is well maintained. I got a call from Mark by 2 pm that the house was cleaned up and ready for early check-in if I wanted. There were utensils and basic spices for cooking, sand toys for kids, beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. The view from the rooms is excellent. The patio is long with about 6 chairs to sit and enjoy the breeze. Overall I liked the property and would definitely come back for another stay.

Great spot and awesome view!!! No issues with check in-all very easy. Mark was always available-ONLY one thing I wished I would have paid attention was when booking-there is master bedroom and sliding doors to the living space (ALL IN ONE LARGE ROOM) View of the Gulf was great from Master bedroom BUT no 4 walls was a tad of a bummer but def not a deal breaker!!

One more thing-super bright in master bedroom-bring an eye mask, it helped but husband wasnt too happy.

Very nice from the inside out! Clean, close to the beach - outstanding deck overlooking the ocean was our favorite part.

Clean, tasteful decor with true ocean front views and amenities!

This VRBO way by far the best we’ve stayed at, ever. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was completely stocked with every appliance we needed and a few we never used. Unfortunately we didn’t get much beach time due to weather but chairs and umbrella were stashed in the closet. The towels from the pool was a great bonus along with a few pool floats that were for community use. The balcony chairs were comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a quiet area while we visited. The water pressure in the showers was very strong and the bathrooms were well stocked. A first aid kit provided a much needed Band-Aid for a little one when mom ran out. The hot tub is adults only which was a big disappointment for my older kids. The owner checked in with us prior to arrival. The listing is very accurate and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this rental again should we visit Padre Island in the future.

We had such a great time. It’s conveniently located to so much. You can’t beat the view and convenience to the ocean. The pool is heated and very nice. The condo is clean, stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and they have chairs to take to the beach. Beds are comfortable and so is the furniture. Location location location! This is a wonderful location to get a complete 180 degree view of the beach without any obstruction. Beautiful sun rise and sunset right from the balcony, living room and bed room. We had a great time during our stay here. Would highly recommend!

My BFF and I went here for a girls weekend to relax and recharge. This place was perfect! You can't beat the view and the balcony is perfectly outfitted to spend hours just enjoying the ocean view. The interior is comfortable and clean. It feels like a friend's condo that you are staying at for the weekend.

This condo is even better looking in person, and there are not enough stars for the hospitality Mark offers! It is truly the perfect place to unwind: start the day with a gorgeous sunrise, lallygag all day with your toes in the sand, spend the evening star gazing from the oversized deck before retiring to your comfy bed. Truly blissful!
The kitchen was equipped with basic tools needed to make a few meals. Great water pressure and hot water in both showers. Super clean throughout with extras like luggage carts, folding chairs and a blender.
I treated my parents to a weekend at the beach, and Mark’s place was beyond perfect. We were very sad to leave and can’t wait to get back!

We have consistently stayed in Port Aransas for the last 15+ years. We wanted a change and were fortunate to find this beachfront property with amazing views from the condo. Its a unique set up with the front bedroom having sliding shutter doors that open up so that you have a much more expansive view of the beach for everyone who stays there. What we also liked was the corner unit has a portion of the balcony for our ice chests that were out of the way of the chairs on the front end of the balcony. The home was very clean and offered great accommodations for 4 adults. It was so convenient to the beach and you could come and go as much as you desired from the beach. The owner maintains great contact with you throughout your stay if you need anything. We will definitely think of staying here again! Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2020

My family of 5 enjoyed ourselves so much at Mark’s condo. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the condo is clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated! It is literally on the beach sea wall so you can just walk into the sand. The condo was equipped with dishes, linens, and all appliances were working. Bonus features included a smart TV and Google home speaker. The air conditioner worked great and we absolutely loved the high pressure shower (especially after a day at the beach with sand all over us). The common area has a heated pool, hot tub, bbq pits, and picnic tables. I read that Whitecap beach is one of the nicest beaches in the area and we have to agree! Super soft clean sand and the water was much clearer than the other beaches we visited in the area (not our first time to the area). This is our first outing in over 2 and a half months due to COVID 19 and it was easy to social distance at the condo and on the beach. We loved our time here and can not wait to return. The icing on this cake is Mark is an outstanding host! This is my 6th time using Airbnb and I was really impressed with his response time and hospitality. We will be recommending this location!

We visited this condo for a short 3 night stay. The view was amazing. We loved the rail height chairs on the balcony, plenty of seating for everyone. The decor is light and nicely done to give you the tropic feel without being over the top. I loved waking up and being able to see the ocean from the master bed, which was very comfy. The second bedroom was also comfortable for the kids. The kitchen was well supplied. The owner was very pleasant, easy to work with and responsive. Overall a wonderful stay for our first time at a Texas beach! Thank you Mark!

From ease and flexibility of check-in to check out, we had a terrific experience with this property and felt safe at all times. The owner was super responsive to our questions, and helpful with online suggestions and links, and ready to assist with anything that might come up. The view was beyond expectations, as it felt like we were at the beach, even while inside. The balcony was shaded during the hottest times of the day, allowing us to enjoy it a lot of the time, especially during the distancing of Covid19. The beds were comfy, bathrooms had great water pressure, with many extras in the closets and with Google operated devices adding that touch of whimsy. Large waterfront condo with huge balcony that overlooks the ocean. One of the closest places you can get on the beach. Host is very responsive and went above and beyond for our stay

This place was fabulous. First of all it was very clean and updated. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the tv and lights were linked to Google so you could use voice commands. There was an excellent website with all the the information needed about check-in and check-out and suggestions for local activities and places to eat. But most of all was the breath taking view of the water. From the wrap around deck you can watch the waves and the sunrise. And you're just a few steps to the beach. If you have a chance I would highly recommend this place and we plan to come back in the future.

This condo is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The location is directly on the beach so you have beautiful views. It is also equipped with a google home and google nest thermostat. It was a little chilly the day I arrived and the owner was able to turn the heater on for me remotely. The condo is clean, neat, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. The two king size beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable and two full-size bathrooms are very nice. You also have a smart tv with a sound bar but who’s going to watch tv when you have floor to ceiling windows with direct views to the beach. One of the bedrooms had the full on ocean views and was gorgeous to wake up to with the sunrise. If you don’t want to wake up to the sunrise you can opt for the other bedroom or just simply close the shades. I never had the shades closed the entire visit. I had direct contact with the owner Who was very friendly and assisted with any questions I had. He was extremely helpful and allowed an early check in and late check out because it was available. The condo is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator that makes carrying luggage easier. The pool was heated and was very clean. This condo is located on the very corner so it is quiet and the views are spectacular. I can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you so much Mark!!

WOW...WOW...WOW! If I could give this Condo more then 5 stars I would. It is right on the beach and the condo is super clean, window views everywhere and full open concept with a giant wrap around patio. We expected this place to be good when booking but it just exceeded our expectations! Mark is one of the quickest responders I’ve had when using a vacation rental and his website guide for touring around the city is worth following because we tried out most the restaurants and locations and were thrilled every time! My husband and I explored many of the beaches around, Mustang beach, port Aransas, padre, and his condo is right on Whitecap beach!!! Which was our favorite beach! It’s the most fun and if you walk to the pier on the left there are TONS of sea turtles and fishing. If you go to the pier on the right there is an awesome bar on the pier with food. His condo is setup for having a night in cooking and we did that twice because you can’t find a restaurant with a better view of the moon over the ocean and breakfast with the sunrise is absolutely breath taking! The beds are also very comfy! We have decided to make this our yearly anniversary spot and hope to always be at this condo and my girlfriends and I are already in talks of a girls trip after all my photos they saw. Truly a wonderful place for a getaway vacation!!!

If the reason you want to stay here is for the beachfront, then you will not be disappointed. A beautiful view of the Gulf and you can sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the waves. Very peaceful and calming. In the morning watch the sunrise from your bed or from the balcony. It is truly a great location and the beach is literally just steps away. Even though the building is an older unit the inside of the condo has been completely updated including tile, furniture and stainless steel appliances. Both king beds are very comfortable and I will have to admit that I took a shower twice the morning of our departure because I have never showered with so much water pressure, it was awesome. The condo is decorated very nicely and I could not see anything in that condo that needed to be touched up or repaired. You cant say that very often. Everything is high end and in great shape. Highly recommend this condo.

Mark's place is a beautiful apartment with amazing views of the sunrise. Mark was a great host as he was responsive to our questions and even offered us a late check-out as they didn't have any guests after us. Very recommendable, we will come back.

A great place and sits on the corner of the building. So you are looking at the beach from inside and on the patio. But gives you twice as much patio space as the normal unit.

Great location. Perfect view of the beach. Quiet and relaxing. The condo is well appointed and everything was is good working order. The preprogrammed thermostat is a little aggravating but I understand why they would want it. Overall it was very nice and I would recommend it to anyone.

Relaxing and lovely time!

The condo was beautiful. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the patio listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Mark was an excellent host and communicated with us from the time we booked to the time we checked in. We will be back!

Loved the cleanliness and convenience of the room! Room was away from any pool or hall noise and just steps from the beach. To top it off the view from the room was spectacular!! Would highly recommend!

Great location, especially because the unit is in a corner of the building and you can walk to the beach! Mark was quick to respond, attentive to details, and a great host. The amenities in the home are comfortable and functional. We had an excellent stay & will recommend the place to friends.

From day one Mark went out of his way to make my family’s vacation amazing, one night staying up late to find me another unit when the one I wanted was already booked. If you want to stay at super clean place and have the owner respond to you within an hour EVERY-TIME, then this is your place.

My husband and I traveled with our son, his wife and 2 grandchildren ages 6 and 1. I can not express how thrilled we were to find this amazing condo right on the beach! The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and the view with ceiling to floor windows and a wrap around balcony- simply amazing! We were also thrilled to find boogie boards, a raft, beach chairs and beach toys for the kiddos! We loved the beach!
Although we didn’t get to the pool- it was also very nice and clean.
We would also like to mention how clean the property was and the staff was extremely nice. They always greeted us with a smile and kind words!
And last but not least- we were able to meet the owners- Mark and Tatyana- they were so nice! Thank you both for sharing your condo! We were able to make wonderful memories!
And yes- we are already planning another visit!

What a gorgeous condo! The view was better than expected. Photos can't begin to do it justice. It was clean and very well appointed. Mark was responsive and offered suggestions for dinner that were perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting on the deck whenever we were at the condo. The pool area is very nicely landscaped. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting.

We had a wonderful time in this condo! Super clean, right On the beach, fully stocked kitchen, great balcony chairs so eye level over the railing, fantastic floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides of the condo so great beach views...already hoping for a fall return visit!

The views do not disappoint! We had a wonderful stay in this cute, extremely clean beachfront condo.

Wonderful unit right on the beach. We wanted to include the beach in our Spring Break Texas trip and this unit was perfect for my husband and I and 2 of our sons. The condo itself is older, but the pool and office are well maintained. We arrived mid-week and were able to catch up on laundry and enjoy the beach. We found some real gems (old school beach) restaurants close by and enjoyed a baseball game in Corpus Christi. I would highly recommend this unit.

The views of the Gulf are what this condo is all about. Since it it the corner unit, you have a good panorama, and the wrap-around deck is a great feature. The unit is very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is large and modern. The complex is a little dated, but is clean and well managed. The owner Mark, was very friendly and pro-active on a problem with the unit before we arrived, working with us to solve it to our satisfaction.We really enjoyed our stay!

Could’ve stayed forever! Very nice condo with fully equipped kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows allowed us to enjoy the beach & ocean view at all times. Complex was very quiet and well kept. Owner is very kind and helpful. I would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

Mark and Tatyana were fantastic hosts. They made us feel very welcome and were always available. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and the staff at the condo were also extremely pleasant.
The property was a great place to kick back and enjoy a relaxing weekend. The view was amazing as we were right on the beach. We very much enjoyed the balcony and the pool area was very peaceful and well kept.

This place has a panoramic view of the beach that is breathtaking and better than the photos! Beach access is great! We got up before sunrise every morning and walked on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Wraparound porch was awesome with weighted chairs that don't blow away. There were four of us and we never turned on the tv once from Friday to Monday - were always at the beach, pool, or eating seafood. Best getaway ever. Makes me want to retire now and move to beach. Place was ultra clean, coffee maker was super. All appliances were new/worked great.

As soon as we opened the doors we were blown away by the view. Condo was very clean and had pretty much anything we needed. Mark was very helpful answering all our questions prior to our arrival and the people at the front desk were also very welcoming. Beaches are also very clean and well taken care of. Great spot for a family get away!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise every morning. We will defiantly come back again.

This condominium has an amazing view of the gulf and is very well finished out. We will be looking forward to staying here again next year.

I could nit-pic the little things, but I won’t because they don’t matter. The view was amazing. The facility seems older but the unit itself was very updated. The owner contacted us the day before and told us about the place. Two Thumbs up

This is a great rental for people with kids. We traveled with our 6-year old twins and 2 year old. Very quick walk to the beach and pool. Grocery store, movie theatre (it rained some while we were there) and pharmacy nearby. At bedtime we were able to tuck our kids in at one bedroom and still be able to watch TV and hang out without keeping them up. Quiet condo - no craziness. Very nice unit. Fully updated and has everything you need.

Mark met us at the condo which was very nice. He made sure the windows were freshly cleaned so we would have the perfect view. Accommodations were perfect, the condo was more beautiful than the pictures online. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially to watch the sunrise. Once we stopped at the grocery store for food, we did not feel the need to leave. Mark was quick to respond to questions & provided all the information needed prior to arrival. Check-in was very easy. The front desk person was very friendly. Highly recommend for a couple, friends or family getaway. Looking forward to our return.

Had a great time on the beach. Loved being so close to the beach that we were laying out in minutes and then popped back to the condo for lunch. Also, it is a great beach for long walks. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed.
