Such an adorable place!! Very clean and our host left goodies (which our daughter really appreciated!) it was a very comfy home away from home for our little family with a gorgeous front row seat for some of the most spectacular suns rises we have seen!! Also, loved being able to walk or drive to the beach!! We will be back!

The space is gorgeous! Mark is an attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, breath taking view of the gulf, and the amenities of the pool and hot tub are really nice as well. I would love to visit again and would only stay at on of this hosts listings when visiting Corpus Christi!

The Fivestar Fish Penthouse was everything it is advertised to be. The view was amazing, the condo was clean, and beautifully done. We were there for a work trip, but also felt recharged after spending our evenings on the beach. Definitely recommend!

It was a short great stay with Mark’s condo. My family and I enjoyed the place very much. Mark is very communicative ! We will recommend anyone this place and will be return again next time.

If we could give more stars we would. We lucked into this one and are so glad! The location was perfect, the view spectacular and the beach was amazing. We usually stay in Port A but we will definitely return here! Mark was very helpful, very family oriented area and the condo was exactly as pictured.

Do NOT underestimate this hidden gem! Most people will judge the age of the exterior of the facility itself. But once you step through the door to this amazing penthouse, it’s like entering another world!
1st off, we were welcomed by cold water bottles and juice in the refrigerator and snacks to munch on. This penthouse has everything and then some! High end kitchen appliances, beautiful granite countertops, colorful backsplash and huge sink! Not to mention everything you need on hand to prepare meals for your family or guests.
The color scheme and decor of the entire penthouse is so beachy! The decorator for this penthouse has fantastic taste! 2 king size beds and the sofa provide plenty of room for 6 people. The view from the balcony from the 6th floor penthouse is beyond words. You get a full view of beautiful Gulf of Mexico and sandy beach!
Easy access from the facility to the beach below and a pool to relax by.
I can’t say enough to describe this wonderful beach vacation penthouse. It’s definitely something you must see for yourself and the owner is fantastic with communicating with you.

Can’t beat the location/view. Heated pool was great, direct access to the beach in about six steps, and condo itself was updated and fresh— but the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows alone was worth the price.

Mark’s penthouse was everything and more… it was absolutely lovely.
And Mark was a phenomenal host! He personally went prior to my arrival to ensure the unit was just perfect for me from the moment I walked through the door i immediately noticed all the extra special touches that had been left for me..Little things that went above and beyond to make it special.. The view from the balcony was beautiful and even from inside! Oh! And the view is the very clean BEACH- YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH- Not kinda see the beach, no no from one edge to the other ALL YOU SEE IS ENDLESS BEACH 🙂
With the floor to ceiling windows, you couldn’t escape the beautiful view (but each window/balcony door had very high quality blinds to block the sun or light when you wanted a darker setting for sleeping.. Giving you any option you wanted 🙂 the Full chef kitchen was GREAT, I cooked every meal which was lovely, you will have everything you need at Mark’s Penthouse and I guarantee you will be planning your next trip to return before you leave!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Right on the beach, close to places to eat and an easy drive to many activities. Our kids loved the heated pool! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay! The condo was just as the pictures showed! Great view, comfortable bed, loved everything about the room! Mark was great also! He contacted us before our stay to ensure we knew about check in, offered us free early check in if it became available, etc! Would definitely recommend!

The place has amazing views, its fully renovated and has anything you need to feel at home. Right in front of the beach you will enjoy the ambiance drinking a glass of wine or watching a movie. Definitely will go back.

Absolutely, by far one of the most beautiful places we have stayed! The view from our condo was breathtaking! Condo was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Mark is the nicest person to deal with! He went above and beyond to do everything to make our trip and stay wonderful! We will try to always book our stay at his condos when we come for staycations to the island.

Wonderful! The view is incredible. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked. Check in/out was super easy. The windows and balcony over the ocean made this condo so special. Mark was very accommodating and super communicative. We will stay here again!

Agreeing with others, this place had no surprises whatsoever. What you see in the pictures is what you really get ! It was really beautiful and waking up to the sunrise with your bed right by the open back wall of windows and sitting right on the beach or the balcony when the sunsets over the beach is So Pretty & Relaxing. Your literally there, down the elevator- out the back condo gates and your on the beach! This place had guest towels at the pool to use along with 6 guest gas grills warmed and ready to use An elevator up & down incase stairs are NOT an option. The kitchen had nicely organized pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, salt, pepper, a waffle maker, coffee maker, toaster, a home phone, smart tvs to log on to your account of HULU / NETFLIX or etc if you decided, ice-maker on fridge, microwave & clean fridge! Beds were super comfy! The LED strip of colorful lights above also made it fun! Along with a beautifully painted mural on the wall for photographs. Overall was definitely worth it. Me and My Family very much enjoyed our stay !

The frustrating part about renting vacation condos is that pictures only show the best parts of the stay and you are almost always let down when you arrive. Nothing deceiving about this condo.

It appears that this owner has recently remodeled this condo and spared no expenses to make it look like a home, apposed to a rental property. From the high end beach themed decor, to the beautiful wood look tile flooring, to the comfortable beds, to the fully stocked kitchen, it is, as described and more.

You cannot beat this location. The condo literally sits less than 100 feet from the beach with a private access door to the boardwalk/beach. No sand dunes to walk over or long walks to get to the beach. You’re right there! The island has everything you need without having to go back over the JFK Causeway. The view from the balcony is phenomenal and the entire back wall is floor to ceiling windows to maximize this million dollar view.

Check in/out took less than a minute and the staff was very courteous. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. Any questions I had were answered within minutes.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's in the last few years and Mark's place has surpassed every one of them! We were looking for a place to escape from the gloom of the Northwest for a few days to a sunny warm beach, and this was just perfect!

This condo is on the top floor of a very well maintained complex, right on the beach! It's hard to adequately describe the breathtaking view! The moment you step inside, you are hit with the view from floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, which is nothing less than spectacular. The weather was gorgeous, and we spent many hours sitting on the outside balcony soaking in sunshine, warmth and the sights and sounds of the beach.

The condo itself is just perfect! The decor is a wonderful beach theme, but not overdone. It's comfortable, yet elegant. The appliances are new, as is everything in the condo. We lacked for nothing! The beds are comfortable, and our party of 3 appreciated the 2 lovely bathrooms.

Check in was easy with the friendly folks at the front desk, who answered any questions we had. Mark provides a guidebook with lots of information, including suggestions for local restaurants.

Mark, himself, is lovely to work with. He answers messages quickly and was just great to us! We would stay in one of his other places in a heartbeat!
