Cancellation Policy

Bookings cannot be refunded for any reason if there is less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Guests that cancel their reservation between 14 and 30 days prior to their booking's arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the amount already paid. If you wish to cancel your booking and it is more than 30 days prior to your check-in day, you will receive a refund less credit card charges of typically 3%.

Deposit Policy

Security deposits will be processed within 7 days of check-out. Credit cards credited back on your card. All other types of original payments with security deposits will be refunded my USPS with a company check or any other portal agreed to by both Guest and owner. e.g. Venmo
