My elderly parents and I enjoyed our fews days by the beach! It was a perfect location for us, as my parents could enjoy being close to the water and enjoy the ocean views without having to move around too much (they have limited mobility). It was helpful having the elevator so close to the condo. The condo was nice and bright and very comfortable, and I enjoyed using the hot tub in the common area. Mark was very attentive and we had zero problems from beginning to end.

The only think I didn’t like it, it was that the regulation about that place we need to clean everything before we leave like folding all bad sheets that we use clean kitchen 100% take all trash out etc. Went we paid around $200.00 for that other then that everything was good

Great spot at a condo right next to the elevator within walking distance to the beach. Easy check in at the condo front desk like a normal hotel. Strict no-pets policy at the condo as a whole so we had to leave our dogs at home which was okay but just an FYI to anybody else that may wonder. Master bedroom has a sliding open-slat door for privacy but might be awkward for groups where that could be a problem. Master shower was a little bigger than a phone booth, but was fine overall. Would stay again.

The pool was perfect for our family. It was heated and included a small 1ft pool for toddlers. Would certainly recommend. My husband asked if I could cancel our April Port A stay and book here for a week instead!

Mark and his place are in a perfect spot. Parking is close; the beach is closer! It was our first visit to the area, and we loved the place. Mark’s care starts in the pre-notes and continues w starter treats, drinks and coffee. The facility has lots of friendly staff, and that gave us comfort. The courtyard is inviting when the beach is not. (Pool, hot tub, grills and shuffleboard). Staff helped w some cheap eats advice. The place overall has some wear, and caution tape on some facility railings was strange. But we rolled along awesomely.

Mark is an amazing host and you’ll love his home. First off, Mark makes sure that you have everything you need from check-in to eating out to checking out. This place is excellent for a family of 4-5, the location cannot be better, right in front of the beach. The area is full of restaurants/bars and stores. The apartment is well equipped, you only need to bring your stuff to be used on the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc). 100% recommended

Tatyana and I loved having Amy as our guest. It is almost hard to explain how we are actually right on the beach. Most so called Beachfront homes are rarely truly at the beach. Most have you walking a half mile traversing sand dunes that block the beach view all together. As you noted, it is a simple stroll to the beach. Our beach is manicured daily by the city and features a mile long seawall cement boardwalk. It is truly the perfect Beachfront location. If you find that this home is booked for your next stay, please take the time to contact me about our other two vacation homes there as well. All three boast the best Texas Gulf views available. We also have a four bedroom waterfront condo on a canal just one minute from the beach that we call Paradise.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend after hours of online research. My wife wanted someplace quiet and clean and I wanted someplace right in the beach. This place had it all. Mark’s communications were excellent and there’s great coffee, bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive. When we go to Corpus again, we will be calling Mark !

"Great Condo and Location!"

The condo and property was really clean and the check in process is easy as they have a front desk that is open until 11PM. The location is perfect as the walk to the beach is very easy compared to other properties in the area. The owner leaves an umbrella/chairs and even toys for you to use at the beach which saved us a log of money as we did not need to purchase these items for the trip. The laundry is a bit pricey at $1.75 per wash and dry however, the front desk can give you change if needed. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had and is very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow! The place was immaculate and would fit at least 6! We had 4 adults and 1 toddler staying and the view was spectacular!!! The beach was right at our footsteps. The rooms were great sizes (king) with great bath rooms and kitchen (with all amenities). If you are looking for a special place to stay on you trip to North Padre Island, this is it!

The perfect beach-side condo! Breathtaking views from the room, clean, well maintained house, lovely interiors incorporating the local birds and animals into the decor make it the ideal place for a relaxed vacation. Mark was a great host, very responsive, made sure we had everything we needed in the house. We weren't able to see the sun rise due to it being cloudy both days we stayed there but I am sure it is beautiful. Will definitely come back again.
