Very clean and our host left goodies (which our daughter really appreciated!) it was a very comfy home away from home for our little family with a gorgeous front row seat for some of the most spectacular suns rises we have seen!! The color scheme and decor of the entire penthouse is so beachy! The decorator for this penthouse has fantastic taste! 2 king size beds and the sofa provide plenty of room for 6 people. The view from the balcony from the 6th floor penthouse is beyond words. You get a full view of beautiful Gulf of Mexico and sandy beach!
Easy access from the facility to the beach below and a pool to relax by.
I can’t say enough to describe this wonderful beach vacation penthouse. It’s definitely something you must see for yourself and the owner is fantastic with communicating with you.

And Mark was a phenomenal host! He personally went prior to my arrival to ensure the unit was just perfect for me from the moment I walked through the door i immediately noticed all the extra special touches that had been left for me..Little things that went above and beyond to make it special.. The view from the balcony was beautiful and even from inside! Oh! And the view is the very clean BEACH- YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH- Not kinda see the beach, no no from one edge to the other ALL YOU SEE IS ENDLESS BEACH 🙂
With the floor to ceiling windows, you couldn’t escape the beautiful view (but each window/balcony door had very high quality blinds to block the sun or light when you wanted a darker setting for sleeping.. Giving you any option you wanted 🙂 the Full chef kitchen was GREAT, I cooked every meal which was lovely, you will have everything you need at Mark’s Penthouse and I guarantee you will be planning your next trip to return before you leave!

Your literally there, down the elevator- out the back condo gates and your on the beach! This place had guest towels at the pool to use along with 6 guest gas grills warmed and ready to use An elevator up & down incase stairs are NOT an option. The kitchen had nicely organized pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, salt, pepper, a waffle maker, coffee maker, toaster, a home phone, smart tvs to log on to your account of HULU / NETFLIX or etc if you decided, ice-maker on fridge, microwave & clean fridge! Beds were super comfy! The LED strip of colorful lights above also made it fun! Along with a beautifully painted mural on the wall for photographs. Overall was definitely worth it. Me and My Family very much enjoyed our stay !

The frustrating part about renting vacation condos is that pictures only show the best parts of the stay and you are almost always let down when you arrive. Nothing deceiving about this condo.

It appears that this owner has recently remodeled this condo and spared no expenses to make it look like a home, apposed to a rental property. From the high end beach themed decor, to the beautiful wood look tile flooring, to the comfortable beds, to the fully stocked kitchen, it is, as described and more.

You cannot beat this location. The condo literally sits less than 100 feet from the beach with a private access door to the boardwalk/beach. No sand dunes to walk over or long walks to get to the beach. You’re right there! The island has everything you need without having to go back over the JFK Causeway. The view from the balcony is phenomenal and the entire back wall is floor to ceiling windows to maximize this million dollar view.

Check in/out took less than a minute and the staff was very courteous. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. Any questions I had were answered within minutes.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's in the last few years and Mark's place has surpassed every one of them! We were looking for a place to escape from the gloom of the Northwest for a few days to a sunny warm beach, and this was just perfect!

This condo is on the top floor of a very well maintained complex, right on the beach! It's hard to adequately describe the breathtaking view! The moment you step inside, you are hit with the view from floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, which is nothing less than spectacular. The weather was gorgeous, and we spent many hours sitting on the outside balcony soaking in sunshine, warmth and the sights and sounds of the beach.

The condo itself is just perfect! The decor is a wonderful beach theme, but not overdone. It's comfortable, yet elegant. The appliances are new, as is everything in the condo. We lacked for nothing! The beds are comfortable, and our party of 3 appreciated the 2 lovely bathrooms.

Check in was easy with the friendly folks at the front desk, who answered any questions we had. Mark provides a guidebook with lots of information, including suggestions for local restaurants.

I can't say enough good things about our stay here.... We've escaped this time of year to Hawaii and to So California many times, but this condo and its location was just as good, if not better, than many of those experiences! I'm sure next year it will be high on our list for return. If you are looking for a beachside retreat on Padre Island, stop looking right now and snap this condo up! You will not be disappointed!!

We have stayed at many Airbnb's in the last few years and Mark's place has surpassed every one of them! We were looking for a place to escape from the gloom of the Northwest for a few days to a sunny warm beach, and this was just perfect!

This condo is on the top floor of a very well maintained complex, right on the beach! It's hard to adequately describe the breathtaking view! The moment you step inside, you are hit with the view from floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, which is nothing less than spectacular. The weather was gorgeous, and we spent many hours sitting on the outside balcony soaking in sunshine, warmth and the sights and sounds of the beach.

The condo itself is just perfect! The decor is a wonderful beach theme, but not overdone. It's comfortable, yet elegant. The appliances are new, as is everything in the condo. We lacked for nothing! The beds are comfortable, and our party of 3 appreciated the 2 lovely bathrooms.

Check in was easy with the friendly folks at the front desk, who answered any questions we had. Mark provides a guidebook with lots of information, including suggestions for local restaurants.

Thanks for hosting us Mark. We loved your place. Everything in your condo was pristine , beautiful and thoughtful. The view was mind blowing. This is worth every penny we spent. Each time I needed something like a strainer or laundry bag - it was just there. I love it and also appreciate the love and care that you Must have taken to put together such a wonderful place.
